Worthington Wood Spoke Wheels

Worthington Model T

If you're an expert in this area, please email us and share some of your knowledge!

Worthington Metal Spoke Wheels

Worthington Model T & Model A

Similar steel wheels (maybe identical) were available in the later, rear-wheel drive, Model T and the early Model A.

If you're an expert in this area, please email us and share some of your knowledge!

Worthington Stamped Steel Wheels

Worthington Model A

Rare, stamped steel wheels, most tractors have been switched over to Ford wire wheels.

Do you know who made these wheels, or what other vehicles had them?

If you're an expert in this area, please email us and share some of your knowledge!

Worthington Steel Artillery Wheels

Worthington Model B

Artillery wheels were used on the front and/or rear.  Note the hubcap ring.

What other vehicles used the same hubcaps?

Do you know what company made these wheels?

What other (more common) vehicles used the same wheel?

Firestone Air Balloon Wheels

Worthington Model B

Firestone Air Balloon Wheel, with "Worthington Air Balloon Wheel" hubcap.  Worthington intended for these wheels to be used with over-sized turf tires

In addition to factory equipment on Worthington tractors, these wheels were advertised as a heavy-duty aftermarket upgrade for luxury cars of the period.

Worthington Cast Iron Weighted Wheels

Worthington Model B

On Parkover models, the cast iron weighted wheels were used on the front, to offset the weight of the cutting units hanging on the back of the tractor.

Often, as in this case, when the cutting units were removed, it made sense to switch the weighted wheels to the rear for traction assistance.

Worthington 5-lug Dually Wheels

Worthington Model B

Period aftermarket upgrade dually wheels, 5-lug.

As shown here, the very deep dish on these wheels accelerated the rust when parked outside.

We are currently looking for the correct 16" wheel to use as a donor to to mate with the heavy steel wheel hubs, which remain intact.

If you have any knowledge or experience with these old dually conversions, please email!
