"Trailer dump cart" as shown in period advertising material. The trailer is shown with Firestone Air Balloon wheels and matching over-sized tires. The operator is demonstrating how the self-dumping hopper can be released from the driver's position.

Although this is called an orchard sprayer, these were commonly used to spray chemicals on golf courses. It seems likely that Worthington would have re-branded a sprayer rather than making their own. Some examples were Hardie, Myers, and John Bean.
